Fixed scope, fixed number — priced below what the market charges for the same work.
No retainers that renew forever, no mystery line items, no markup on your own licences. Every engagement ends in a handover: the keys, the accounts, the documentation. Every price is published below, next to the market range we are being compared against.
Written Assessment
A straight answer about what is worth automating or fixing, what is not, what it would take, and what it would cost. In writing, before anyone builds anything. Scoped to one workflow or one small stack, up to 10 users.
- Process or stack walkthrough
- Written findings, ranked by consequence
- Costed options, not a pitch
- Credited in full toward a build
Consultancies quote $8,000 to $26,000 for a readiness assessment. MSPs give theirs away free, because it is a sales document.
Secure card checkout · we email you within one business day to book the walkthrough.
Advisory Day
One full day on your systems with us — up to 8 hours of hands-on architecture, roadmap or vendor work, ending in a written memo you can act on without us.
- A day of senior work, not a discovery call
- Architecture, roadmap or stalled-decision work
- Vendors and contracts reviewed while we are in it
- Written memo with decisions and numbers
Advisory (vCIO) work runs $200 to $400 an hour in Los Angeles — $1,600 to $3,200 for a day.
Secure card checkout · credited toward a build or audit booked within 30 days.
Infrastructure Audit
Hardware, accounts, vendors, backups and exposure — including the parts nobody wants to look at. You get the inventory, the diagram and the runbook either way, and the price is fixed in writing before we start.
- Essential $2,500 — single site, up to 10 devices
- Standard $4,500 — multi-server, 2+ sites, restore test performed
- Risk-ranked findings with a cost on every option
- Network diagram and runbook you keep

Fixed-Scope Build
Agents, pipelines, servers and networks, built against an agreed scope. 50% deposit, balance on handover, everything documented and owned by you.
- Single-workflow builds from $3,500
- Most builds land between $6,000 and $25,000
- Tested against your real data before handover
- Approval gates on every write that matters
Agencies sell the same work as $1,800 to $4,500 a month with no end date — $6,000 inside two months, and you never own the result.

Managed Service
We monitor, patch and maintain what we built — or the stack you inherited from someone else. Minimum 5 users ($445 a month). Month to month with 30 days notice; you keep everything.
- Core $89/user — monitoring, patching, backups with tested restores, security hygiene checks, and a human who answers
- Security-forward $139/user — adds alerting, an incident response plan, a monthly review and a quarterly written report
- Monitoring-only from $39/user — if you already have a team and only need the systems watched
- No lock-in contracts, no exit fees, no withheld documentation
Managed IT in Los Angeles runs $90 to $200 per user; the national standard tier is $120 to $220. Ours starts below both, and a 5-user contract at $445 a month sits under the $800 to $2,500 that LA providers charge for that size.

Market ranges are 2026 published US benchmarks, with Los Angeles figures used where they exist. They describe what the market charges for the same work, not what any one competitor will quote you.
The production work is automated.
Surveying, evidence collection, diagramming and the first draft of the report are done by agents we built and run ourselves. You pay for judgement and decisions, not for someone typing up what they found.
There is no sales layer.
No commissioned reps, no quota to hit, no billable discovery call before you are allowed a number. Prices are published, and the number does not move because you hesitated.
We take no markup on your software.
Licences, hardware and cloud are bought in your name at list price. We do not earn on what you rent, so we do not have to inflate the labour to cover it.
Fixed scope, and a real handover.
We eat the small surprises rather than billing them. And nothing is held hostage at the end: you get the keys, the accounts and the documentation whether or not you keep us on.
Buy, do not rent. You own the stack. Local-first where the data is sensitive, open formats where it is practical, and the credentials live with you — not with us.
Set the prices against the cost of getting it wrong: industry benchmarks put downtime at around $5,600 a minute, and the average US data breach in the millions. A $2,500 audit that finds a backup which stopped running months ago is the cheapest line item in the stack.
Questions people ask
How can you be below the market and still do the work properly?
Because the cost base is different, not the deliverable. Agents do the production work, there is no sales team to feed, and we take no markup on your licences — so the price is lower without anything being removed from the scope. The deliverable list is the same or longer than what the market sells at three times the price.
Is the "from" price real, or bait that grows on the call?
Real, and tiered. The audit is $2,500 for a single site up to 10 devices, and $4,500 for multi-server, multi-site work with a restore test performed. Our own limits are published next to the price. If your environment sits outside those tiers you get the number in writing before anything is booked, and if the price moves it moves before the work starts — never after.
What is the minimum managed contract?
Five users, $445 a month, month to month with 30 days notice. No multi-year agreements and no exit fee. If you have fewer than five users, the monitoring-only tier at $39 per user is usually the honest answer.
Do prices change for regulated businesses?
Usually yes, by 15 to 25 percent where HIPAA, PCI or CMMC scope applies, because the evidence and reporting requirements are heavier. It is quoted before work starts, not discovered during it.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
You hear about it before the invoice does. Fixed scope means we eat small surprises; anything structural gets a written change note and a number before work continues.
Who owns the credentials and the accounts?
You do. Where we build on your accounts, they stay yours. Where we provision new infrastructure, it is created in your name. Handover includes keys, passwords and documentation.
Can we just buy the assessment and nothing else?
Yes. The written assessment is a complete deliverable on its own. Some clients buy it to have a second opinion on file; some use it to take work in-house. Both are fine.
Do you only work in Los Angeles?
We work on site across the Los Angeles area and remotely with clients elsewhere in the United States. Infrastructure work that needs hands on site is LA only.
We already have an IT person. Can you still help?
Usually yes. We audit, document and hand over to your team, or work alongside them on the parts they do not have time for. The managed service is optional, not the point.
