Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These terms cover the use of this website and the services Sazzco Creations provides. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them. For any service engagement, the specific scope, price and deliverables set out in our written proposal also apply, and that proposal controls where it differs from this page.
Our services
We provide technology services: AI automation, IT infrastructure, and technology consulting. Every engagement starts with a written scope agreed before work begins. Fixed-scope work is priced before we start; a 50% deposit is due on acceptance of the scope and the balance on handover, unless the proposal says otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your systems and processes, access to the systems and accounts needed to do the work, and a named contact who can make decisions. Delays you cause may move the timeline, and we will tell you if that happens.
Changes and cancellations
If the scope changes, you hear about it in writing before the invoice does. You may cancel an engagement before work starts and receive a refund of any deposit not yet spent. Once a fixed-scope build has started, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers the assessment and planning already done. Managed service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.
What we deliver
Handover includes the keys: accounts, credentials, documentation, diagrams and runbooks in a form your own team can use. We keep a copy of nothing we do not need. We work to industry-standard practice but we do not guarantee that any system is unhackable or error-free; our work is done to the documented scope, and warranties are limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sazzco Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from our services or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement that gave rise to the claim.
Intellectual property
Work product we create for you — code, configurations, documentation, diagrams — becomes yours on full payment. Our internal methods, templates and pre-existing tooling remain ours, and we are free to reuse them for other clients without sharing your data or configuration secrets.
This website
The content on this site is provided as-is, for information, and does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation. We are not liable for decisions made based on it. The site does not sell products or process payments at this time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County.
