IT Infrastructure Services

Service

Servers, networks, deployments, backups and monitoring built to stay up. We design, provision and operate the stack your business runs on, then document it so it stops living in one person's head.

Whether that is an office that has outgrown its router or infrastructure inherited from a contractor who is no longer around, we start by finding out what you actually have.

What is included

The unglamorous parts, done properly.

Uptime is the product. Everything below exists to keep the business working on a Monday morning.

01
Servers and deployment

Provisioning, configuration and deploy pipelines, with environments kept separate so testing does not touch the thing your business runs on.

02
Networks and access

Office networking and Wi-Fi that covers the whole space, remote access that does not mean opening everything, and permissions a person can actually review.

03
Backups and monitoring

Scheduled backups with restores we have tested, alerts that reach a human, and continuous security hygiene checks on the machines you already own.

How an engagement runs

Audit, plan, build, hand over the keys.

You get the inventory, the diagram and the runbook, whether or not you keep us on.

01
Audit what exists

Hardware, accounts, vendors, backups and exposure. Including the parts nobody wants to look at.

02
Plan with costs

What must be fixed now, what can wait, and what it costs either way. No surprise line items.

03
Build or migrate

Done in stages that keep you working through the change, with rollback planned before anything moves.

04
Operate or document

Monitoring, patching and support as a managed service, or a documented handover to your own team.

Who this is for

Businesses with no IT department.

Growing teams who need the systems handled without hiring for it. Owners who inherited a stack nobody documented. Offices where the Wi-Fi, the backups and the passwords are all one person's memory.

Questions businesses ask

How long does an audit take?

Typically one to two weeks from the site visit to the written findings, depending on the number of sites and how tangled the history is. You get a schedule before we start.

Our IT is a mess. Is that a problem?

That is the point of the audit. We expect to find the undocumented, the forgotten and the improvised — it is all in the inventory, and nothing in it is scored as a judgment on you.

What does "tested restores" actually mean?

We restore a backup to a test environment and verify the data, on a schedule, with a log. Scheduling backups is easy; proving they work is the job.

Do we have to keep you on after the audit?

No. The audit ends with the diagram, the runbook and the findings, all yours. The managed service is an option for businesses that would rather not run it themselves — not a requirement.

Tell us what keeps breaking.

A 30-minute call, a straight assessment, and a plan you actually understand. No pitch decks, no pressure.
