Technology Consulting

Service

Architecture reviews, security audits and roadmaps with straight answers. We tell you what to build, what to cut, and what not to buy.

Findings are written the way a busy owner reads them: what is broken, what it costs, and what we would do about it. No jargon as a substitute for thinking.

What is included

Answers you can act on.

Consulting that ends in decisions and a sequence, not a slide deck.

01
Architecture review

How the systems actually fit together, where the single points of failure are, and which of them deserve fixing first.

02
Security and risk audit

Exposure, identity, backups and vendor access, checked against what your business would actually lose if each one failed.

03
Technology decisions

Evaluating platforms, contracts and AI tooling, including the cases where the right answer is to cancel something you already pay for.

How an engagement runs

Question, evidence, findings, roadmap.

Fixed scope, visible price, and a written record you keep.

01
Scope the question

The decision you are actually trying to make, and what would change your mind about it.

02
Look at the evidence

Configurations, contracts, interviews and invoices. The truth is usually in the tooling nobody has reviewed in years.

03
Written findings

Plain language, ranked by consequence, with cost attached to each option rather than a recommendation without a number.

04
Roadmap

What to do in what order, what to stop doing, and where the risk sits if you decide to do nothing at all.

When to call us

Before you commit, not after.

You are about to sign a large software contract. You inherited systems from someone who left. You are growing faster than your processes. You need a second opinion before spending real money, or you want to know what a security review would actually say.

Questions clients ask

What if you tell us to cancel something we like?

That is the job. Findings are ranked by consequence with a number attached to each option. If keeping the tool is right, we say keep it; we have told clients that too.

How do you charge for consulting?

Fixed scope, visible price, before we start. The deliverable is written findings you keep, in plain language — not a slide deck and not a retainer.

Are you going to sell us a retainer?

No. Buy, do not rent. If follow-on work makes sense, it is scoped and priced on its own merits. If the answer is that you do not need us again, that is a good outcome for us too.

What if we decide to do nothing?

Then we write down what the risk is if you do nothing, in the same plain language, and you keep that too. Some of our most useful findings are the ones clients took to their own teams.

Bring us the decision you are stuck on.

A 30-minute call, a straight assessment, and a plan you actually understand. No pitch decks, no pressure.
